Have you attempted any troubleshooting since encountering these and may we please know your PC specs (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)? We may be able to assist with the bluescreen crashes that lead to this though.ĭo they happen often and with other titles or just AC2? We do have some steps here [that may allow you to recover the save but cannot guarantee this. If it has been damaged / corrupted following a crash, there's little we can do to recover it. I'm afraid we do not have any access to nor the ability to amend / repair player saves. Thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to see crashes have resulted in the loss of your save. (Game would crash but progress would remain/it wouldn't get corrupted) I'm desperate to know whether or not if there's a way to recover the lost progress, I saw old forums in which people are saying that they'd send Ubisoft a copy of their save file and they'd fix it somehow? Please, help me out with this. I couldn't have been bothered to make backups as this never happened before in any of my playthroughs.
